Balancing graduate studies with everything else in life can become overwhelming faster than expected. Some days, the workload piles up so heavily that I catch myself thinking I really need to get help with my master level tasks just to stay afloat. It's not about avoiding the work it's the pressure that makes everything feel impossible to manage at times. How do you deal with moments like this? What helps you regain focus when burnout starts creeping in?
