Clan Stronghold Resource Upgrades – What Should We Prioritize First?

Hey everyone,

Our clan just unlocked the stronghold feature, and we're trying to plan our upgrades efficiently. I've been reading a bit about the different resources and perks available (like extra gear slots, faster respawn times, etc.), but I'm still not sure what the best upgrade path is — especially if we're aiming for both PvE and PvP advantages.

So my main question is:
Which stronghold upgrades should we focus on first to benefit the whole clan the most?

A few things to consider:

• We're a mid-size clan (around 15 active members)
• We do regular raids but also engage in PvP zones
• We want something that gives a clear advantage without burning through resources too fast

Focus on resource production upgrades first! Faster gathering benefits everyone. Then prioritize upgrades boosting stats relevant to both PvE and PvP, like increased defense or damage. My Granny always said a solid foundation is key! Maybe increased gear slots second. Good luck!
