I pvp in Clearview with my buddy who plays very good too but we don't have the upperhand because everything here is in Thai Language. Imagine if the person who admins this game also provided other non thai players with the option of paying with paypal.com  truemoney is for thai only and I tried but I don't have a thai mobile phone to register it.
